Hey guys! I'm still working on illustrating that sketch of the forest I posted a few weeks ago, but right now, I thought I would share another drawing of the Saderia Series that I finished just last night. Last night, I finished illustrating a sketch of one of the dingo camps in the desert. Check it out below! This week, I'll be working on some other sketches of places in the Saderia Series, and I'll be sure to post them here as soon as I can! 
Dingo Camps Area Discovered In: Hunted Home Home to the vicious pack of dingoes that live in the desert, the dingo camps are rough, rugged, and boiling hot. All around the camp, dens made of hard, weathered rock peek out from small sand dunes. At the very back of the camp sit the large dens of the two most important dingoes in the pack - the Leader and Second in Command. The biggest den belongs to the Leader of the pack, while the Second in Command owns the den beside it. Hundreds of small, rocky dens are spread out all around camp, facing the center of camp and leaving the Leader and Second in Command dens in the center. In the very middle of camp sits a rocky water trough filled with hot, sandy water. Hot sunlight beats down on the camp all day long. There are two different dingo camps with mostly similar structures on either side of the desert - one close to a land the pack calls ‘the normal forest’ and the other close to a land they call ‘the weird forest.’ Every few weeks, the pack changes camps to follow prey. Every dingo in the pack remembers the location of the two camps…and outcasts remember the location even better, so as to avoid them. For outcasts and other outsiders of the pack, getting too close to the pack’s home proves dangerous or even deadly… 1 Comment Hi guys! Check out these amazing drawings! A proof copy is basically a copy the author orders to check over the book and make sure everything looks okay before the book goes on sale. And I just got mine today! Apparently, my cat, Frost, was as excited as I was about getting the book since he jumped right up to check it out and give it a good sniff. :) Anyway, the proof copy looked great, and it's ready to be published. Rock Bottom will be released very soon! E-book versions of Rock Bottom will also be out soon - probably a bit earlier than the paperback. Rock Bottom

Screams suddenly burst out from all directions, raising the fur along Saderia’s spine. Howls, snarls, shrieks, and wails rose up from the darkness all around her, echoing in her ears and growing louder and louder each second. Her heart skipped a beat and her eyes widened in horror. What was going on?
A flash of silver moonlight suddenly sliced through the darkness, shattering the shadows around her. Shrieks and snarls screamed in Saderia’s ears and a wave of heat crashed over her like a wave. Gritty sand dunes took shape out of the darkness of the night. All around her, shadowy figures clashed, letting out howls and screams in the frigid air of the night. Shadows lurched across the sandy ground in one dark, indistinguishable mess. The salty scent of blood rose thickly in the air and scarlet liquid splattered the ground.
Fear rose in Saderia’s chest as dark figures tumbled past her, locked in deadly battles. Shrieks erupted from all directions, splitting her eardrums. A terrified howl rose up over the screams of battle, sending a shiver down her spine. “We have to get out of here!”
A hazy, indistinct yellow brown figure leapt out from the shadows in front of her. “Run! Get out of here and don’t come back! You don’t have to die like us!”
Horror gleamed in Saderia’s eyes. Before she realized what was happening, her paws were moving frantically. Screaming shadow figures flew past her on either side, lashing out at her as she ran and swinging at other shadows. Everything around her was nothing but a blur of darkness, heat, and blood, making it impossible to see. Out of nowhere, her heart skipped and a wave of pain and horror washed over her, nearly strong enough to send her stumbling to the ground. A scream tore out of her throat. “Dash!”
Darkness swept over her in an instant, whisking the scene away in a swirl of shadows. Just as Saderia’s eyes started to flutter open, an ear-shattering scream tore through her Dream and echoed in the cold air of the night.
“We’re being invaded!”
